YOGA RETREAT

So we decided to try a recipe that was recently posted on FB by “Food Recipes”.  With a 5-10 minute prep time and 45 minutes in a 375 degree oven this is a quick and delicious weekday dish that’s sure to please even the pickiest members of the family. Here, have a look at it…

1/2 c parmesan cheese,
1 c Greek yogurt -plain
1 tsp garlic powder, 
1 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp pepper,
Spread mix over chicken breasts, bake at 375 45 mins
