This is our favorite quick pick smoothie which was created right here in “bistro Runaway Nuns and Leprechauns”
2 c whole frozen strawberries
12 oz Yoplait strawberry yogurt
2/3 c Kefir
2 tsp Truvia
(1/4 c protein drink optional)
Top it off with a bit of whip cream and enjoy!
